My thoughts
I deem myself as one of those who likes contouring every so often as opposed to doing it on a daily basis. I so wanted this it to work like a light contouring powder instead but I guess it fails to do that for me.

The product comes in a clean and sturdy packaging that I like very much. The powder feels very silky to the touch, appears to be finely milled and blends beautifully. It’s not very pigmented but it’s buildable and there is little fallout which is wonderful. I have got 020 Deep Bronze which seems to be leaning a little towards orange. Technically speaking, it’s not a bad thing since it’s a bronzer and not a contouring powder. That slight hint of orange warms up the complexion just right, only if you’re using it as it is. If you’re somebody who expects it to function like a contouring powder, you will be disappointed. Firstly, it doesn’t look like a deep shade to me and secondly, the orange tone seems a bit unflattering for contouring so yes, I am a little heartbroken but I guess it’s my fault altogether lol.

Overall, it’s a good drugstore bronzer – just a bronzer and not a contouring powder! I think I'd hardly ever be using this so I suppose it’s only going to sit and look pretty in my stash.

• It feels silky and blends beautifully
• There is little fallout

• You expect it to work like a contouring powder
• You think it's not very pigmented

My thoughts
As described on the website, the Brilliant Bronze Baked Mineral Bronzer & Higlighter in dawn is a light bronze with a sea shell pink highlighter. It looks absolutely natural-looking on my skin which is good. It has a soft and silky texture that applies with ease. My only gripe – it’s too sparkly for my liking. Since the texture is soft, there is product fallout in the pan too.

The Powder Point 33 has become one of my favorites. It’s such a wonderful brush to have. I love how it’s shaped; the pointy shape really helps with precise application of color. The bristles are also soft and the handle provides a firm grip.

Cream Lipstick
This creamy cushion lipstick formula is velvety smooth, hydrating and comfortable with maximum color impact and long lasting wear. Hyaluronic Acid filling spheres, Vitamin E, Shea Butter and Jojoba Oil hydrate, condition and protect.

Lip Lacquer

My thoughts
Down To Earth is described as warm golden chocolate and Midas as gold metallic glow. I really like the formula on these. Down To Earth is packed with pigment however Midas seems to lack that rich color that I was hoping for. I think it’s meant to be applied on top of a lip color to highlight and not just alone.

The texture is creamy, feels comfortable and glides smoothly over my lips without accentuating my lip lines. I feel that it also hydrates my lips a little. In addition to that, I have noticed that the color lasts long on me which is amazing.

The lip lacquer in Sunstone is described as sparkling golden amber. I admire the fact that it stays long on my lips though I do not like how it feels slightly sticky when applied.

Glow Eye Color
Beautiful light reflective finish gives buildable coverage that can be soft on the eyes or richly intense. The glossy surface and depth of color and dimension make these colors wearable. 

Ultra Last Eyeliner
This long lasting eyelining pencil delivers a soft and smooth application with high pigment payoff. Waterproof and smudgeproof for up to 14 hours of wear.

My thoughts
Rose Gold is a golden pink shimmer eye shadow. It’s a beautiful and wearable color that can be worn daily. The product has a soft texture that is easy to blend. The shimmer is tiny compared to the baked powder bronzer.

The Ultra Last Eyeliner is truly long lasting; I love it! For starters, it’s creamy and applies easily. It doesn’t smudge or fade and stay puts through the day. I’ve literally ditched my black eyeliner because of this; great stuff!

My thoughts
Bronzing is something most Pakistanis are not very fond of – since we’ve got a tanned complexion already – but don’t we all just love that summer glow?! Bourjois Maxi Delight Bronzer is a wonderful multi-purpose bronzer that not only gives you a subtle bronzed glow but could also be used for contouring.

To start off, it comes in a huge pan that’s probably gonna last forever. I’ve got it in Shade 02 for olive/tanned skin which basically is medium matte powder with tiny golden specks that don’t highlight imperfections or appear frosty if that’s what concerns you. It has the yummiest fragrance to it (coconuts and chocolates, kind of like ‘Bounty’ which is one of my favorite chocolate bars) that lingers for a short while.

I simply love the texture! It’s finely milled and quite different from rest of the drugstore bronzers that I’ve tried so far. What makes it so unique is that there’s absolutely no fallout no matter how many times you swirl your brush across it and so no product wastage. Though it’s quite sheer on the first swipe, you could easily amp up the intensity according to your liking. What's best is that it doesn’t appear powdery and blends into the skin evenly and effortlessly. I am not bothered with the tiny shimmer for it scatters all over and isn’t so visible after application. Moreover, it looks absolutely natural and doesn't scream 'I'm wearing a bronzer!' which is amazing! I also use it to contour my cheekbones and it works great that way too. It stays on perfectly well throughout the day without blotching or streaking.   

Overall, I am very content with this product. I use it religiously and love how natural it appears on my skin. I definitely recommend giving it a whirl if you crave for a natural-looking tan effect or want something for subtle contouring.
