Quick & Delicious Summer Salad

2 cups assorted lettuce, shredded (iceberg curly red lettuce),
2 cups mixed chopped fruits (orange, papaya, melon, grapes, etc.)

½ cucumber, peeled and chopped
Sliced almonds
Other ingredients for honey-ginger dressing:
3 tbsp honey
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp ginger juice
¼ tsp crushed peppercorns
Salt to taste
Preparation:
Mix lettuce, cucumber, fruits and almonds in a deep bowl. Then cover and refrigerate it for 2 hours to chill.
Add the dressing above all ingredients just before serving.
