You need to drink a lot of water in order to avoid serious complications. You have to remember that tea, juice, coffee and energy drinks are not important fluids for the body. As a matter of fact energy drinks and coffee can only dehydrate your body, because they contain caffeine.

1. Frequency of urination

A healthy person goes 6 to 7 times in a day in the bathroom. The number may vary because each person drinks different amount of water. If you urinate two or three times daily it means that you do not drink enough water.

2. Dry skin

Our skin needs enough water in order to look shiny and smooth. Hydrated skin means healthy skin. If you drink enough water your skin will be soft and hydrated, not dry. Dry skin shows that you do not drink enough water.

You can notice this after you apply lotion or cream; you skin will be still dry, even if you used a lot of moisturizer or cream. If you want a positive change try and drink more water every day. Your skin will be soft and shiny.
