DIY Shoulder and Neck Roll-On

Have you ever thought "Oh. I'm normal!" before? You're wrong. Trust me, you're never normal.

A few weeks ago my acupuncturist told me that she was worried about how tight my shoulders and neck were. This was news to me! I never knew the muscles in my shoulder and neck were anything other than perfect. I asked her why that could happen and I got a laundry list of answers.
  • Stress
  • Bad posture
  • Sensitive to other's energy
  • Recent physical labor
  • Working out
  • Sleeping on the wrong pillow
  • Sitting at a desk for too long
And the list goes on!
